These terms cover your use of this website, dace.sh, and the Dace waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Questions go to [email protected].

Dace isn’t open yet

Dace is in development. This site describes what we’re building and how we intend it to work, including examples, prices, timelines and features such as how Dace coordinates with groups or what happens if it breaks your rules. Those descriptions are illustrations, not promises: features may change, arrive later, or not ship.

Using Dace itself will be covered by separate terms that you’ll see and accept before you start. Nothing on this site creates an obligation for us to provide a particular feature, price or guarantee.

The waitlist

• Joining is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
• Joining doesn’t guarantee an invitation, a place in line or a date. We invite people in the order and at the pace that works for testing Dace, and we may use the jobs you picked to decide who to invite first.
• Please sign up with an email address that’s yours.
• You can leave at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may remove signups that look automated, fake or abusive.

How we handle your information is explained in our privacy policy.

Using the site

Please don’t:

• submit the waitlist form in bulk or with automated tools, or sign other people up without asking them;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or the services behind it;
• use the site to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.

Our content

The name Dace, the logo, and the text, photos and design on this site belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You’re welcome to share links to the site. Please don’t copy or reuse its content without asking.

Links to other sites

If we link to another website, we don’t control it and aren’t responsible for its content or how it handles your information.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer that can’t be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms as Dace develops. We’ll post the new version here and change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, the updated terms apply.
